Terms and Conditions

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Standard delivery within the UK mainland, Wales and Scotland (mainland) and Isle of Wight is inclusive. For deliveries to Northern Ireland there is a £10 surcharge. For Scottish Highlands there is a £5 surcharge. The minimum order is £26.00

All address information must be accurate including postcode and recipients telephone number. M.Manze cannot accept responsibility for late or undelivered goods if delivery details are incorrect.

Delivery will only be made if there is someone there to accept and sign for the goods or you have specified ‘to be left with a neighbour’ or left elsewhere.

Condition 1

If the courier is unable to make delivery as scheduled then delivery will be made on the day after your due day, if delivery is not made the next day, then we will issue a refund or arrange redelivery.

When there are adverse weather conditions it may be necessary to postpone delivery until a later date, in this event the customer will be advised.

The food must be unpacked on receipt and either placed in a fridge below 8° Centigrade or a freezer below minus 18° Centigrade. In the case of refrigeration, the food must be consumed within 48 hours of receipt.

If, for some reason, the item cannot be accepted, then the courier will leave a card and the goods will have to be collected, by the recipient, from their nearest depot. In this event you are responsible for ensuring the food is safe for consumption.

Note: Please be aware that when there is a Bank Hol, or exceptional conditions such as strikes, riots, inclement weather etc. the delivery days will change. There will be a banner on the site to advise you accordingly and/or we may advise you by email or telephone

You the customer, agrees not to hold us responsible for late deliveries, cancelled deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, inclement weather etc. and you, the customer, further agree not to hold us responsible for commitments you may have made to others, due to any of the above or for any other reason.

We guaratee the food we sell is fit for the purpose it is intended, i.e home consumption. Should you wish to re-sell our products you do so entirely at your own risk.

Should any of our products not be up to the customers expectation, your complaint will be fully investigated and where warranted, a full or partial refund will be made.

All claims for damage or loss caused in transit will be met in full, provided that goods are signed for upon receipt as either damaged or unexamined, and that the carriers and ourselves are informed at once and then confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Should any of the packs not contain the full amount, then where practicle, we will send at the earliest possible time. Should it not be practicle, i.e minor shortages, then we will credit the customer back for the amount missing.

If any ‘extras’ are ordered with a small pack, they will be ignored, the extras will be cancelled and a refund issued for them.

There may be occasions when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to fulfil our orders due to Acts of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, flood, exceptional weather conditions, fire, drought, technical failure and Courier failure.

We will not be held responsible if you fail to take notice of the information available to you on the website or if you fail to take notice of any emails.

All payments are to be made via Cardsave’s secure server in GB pounds and the goods will not be despatched until full payment is received by us. In the event of chargeback by the credit card company you will remain liable for the cost of your order, you will also be liable for all costs incurred by us in recovering the payment.

You may cancel your order no less than 72 hrs before it is due, after this time it will not be possible to cancel.

Orders may be rejected by us if the information supplied is insufficient or incorrect.

Whilst every effort is made by us we cannot guarantee our food is nut-free.

Our food contains the known allergen wheat flour.

We therefore do not accept responsibilty if you are allergic to our products.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque (we will ring you to confirm delivery day, when we receive your cheque). To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below, please mark the outside of the envelope ‘Order’.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within two days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange for a refund/part refund, where appropriate. Or we will arrange to re-send your order at a later date.

Returns cannot be accepted for food items.

Returns for merchandise will be accepted provided they are returned in the condition they were sent. We are not responsible the cost of such returns – except in the case of faulty goods.

Food items: Delivery charges are included for UK Mainland, I.O.Wight & Scotland (excluding the Highlands & isles).For Northern Ireland there is a surcharge of £10.00. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Delivery of food items are always made by courier.

Merchandise: Delivery charges are not included and will be added as applicable. Please make a note of the delivery charges assosiated with each item. Merchandise can be delivered by either courier or Royal Mail as deemed necessary by us.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
